In Home Hospice Consultation
£250
This includes;
A visit to your home (0-40 miles)
A case review/2nd opinion including a physical exam, full history, quality of life assessment and pain scoring
A tailored plan for end of life care
Free written prescription for any medications required
Priority house visits
Follow up Hospice Consultations
£125
Any additional visits that can not be done via remote communication will be charged as a visit to home fee (0-40 miles) and a reduced follow up consultation.
Transport to Crematorium/Vets
£25+
This additional fee covers my added time and fuel required to transport you pet on their final journey.
Zone 1 (0-40 miles drive from Aviemore) - £25
Zone 2 (40- 70 miles drive from Aviemore) £50
For those in Zone 2 (40-70 miles drive from Aviemore) a £50 additional visit fee is charged to cover the added time and fuel needed to reach you.
Payment
Upon booking you will be sent an invoice and payment link. Payment can be made before the appointment by following the link. Most families choose to pay before an appointment so the sole focus of the visit is on your pet.
If you would prefer to pay by cash or card this can be done at the time of the appointment.

If you have insurance I can not process direct claims but I can help with your insurance paperwork by sending me an email headed "insurance" to info@tailsoflovevet.co.uk
