While I do my very best to be available at all times as I do work alone this is sometimes unavoidable.
I will be out of the country from Saturday 19th - Tuesday 22nd to take a few days celebrating my 10 year wedding anniversary. As such I will have no access to work emails or phone calls during this time. I will respond to all enquires when I return to the country on Tuesday 22nd.
I will also be attending the International Association for Animal Hospice and Paliative Care (IAAHPC) conference from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th. This is an online conference discussing all the latest practices in animal hospice care so I can continue to provide the highest standard of care for your pets. In order to attend as much of this as possible I will have very limited appointments. I will be available on the phone and email but there may be a slight delay getting back to you.

At Tails of Love I provide a compassionate and respectful approach to end of life veterinary hospice care and euthanasia.
Being at home means your pets are fully relaxed in their own surroundings. You are not loading them into the car one last time, there are no stressful vet visits and no clinical triggers. Having your pet stay at home means they can receive veterinary hospice care or pass away peacefully in the loving comfort and privacy of their own home.

I do not have an emergency hospital facility and I am not attached to a bricks-and-mortar practice.
At home end of life care is the only service I provide.
If you have an emergency outwith office hours please contact your registered practice.

Please note I currently work alone. I will try my best to get back to all non urgent enquiries on the same day.
I provide 24 hour care only if you are receiving in home hospice care, priority bookings will be given to these patients.
For unregistered clients out with office hours, I am not an out of hours emergency service and my phone is not always manned. In an emergency please contact your own vet.

To be running next to some absolutely incredible businesses is very humbling. When I was first thinking about Tails of Love years ago I knew the sort of practice I wanted to create, but with absolutely no business experience or knowledge it was a very steep learning curve to get Tails of Love started and to continue to be such a success.
