Please note if I don't answer the phone within office hours I am likely with a family and will return your call as soon as possible. 

I will do everything possible to answer your call or message the same day.

In case of emergency please call your registered vet. At home euthanasia is the only service I provide and you remain under the care of your primary vet until our scheduled visit.
